Ask me if you want to know about this Jesus who has come into my life and turned it upside down (or would that be rightside UP??) Who IS this Jesus who has come into my heart and thoroughly irrevokably changed it, bringing peace, joy and passion to this otherwise and ironically sad sit-com called my life!!!! Who am I as a Christian and a person? I am a lyricist that has a passionate desire to bring people to the Lord through heartfelt lyrics and soulful worship and praise songs that are born from the joy i found in my discovery of His grace and mercy. I have found through reliance on Him the hope of sanctification and wholeness that only a personal relationship with my Lord brings. In my more secular sounding songs, I pray that the listener experience identification with someone who struggles with life and the human condition. Someone who has faced life and what it brings to her head on and who invites the listener to join her on her journey of the discovery of our creator and intimacy with Him in every day situations. This song 'Laugh' was something that i do not even consider myself as writing.
